November 2007 -- Establishing Effective Quorum Committees

I hope you enjoyed November's training around establishing effective priesthood quorum committees. I know it made a big difference for me as an Elder's Quorum President to not only share the load but accomplish much more in terms of meaningful service.

HERE'S THE ACTION ITEMS FOR THIS MONTH'S TRAINING:

1. Provide training to EQP, HPGL, and their presidencies as invited.
2. Assist in helping to establish functional committees as needed.
3. Assist in hosting the first EQ, HPGL committee meeting by January 2008.
4. Report preliminary progress in December 2007 and success stories in January 2008.
